Most of our as-is used containers are wind and water tight (WWT), meaning they are intended to keep out normal rain, wind, dust, and weather when the cargo doors are properly closed. These are sold exactly as they sit, so dents, rust, patches, worn paint, previous shipping markings, and cosmetic wear should be expected. Great for budget storage, ranch use, jobsite storage, chicken coops, goat shelters, pig shelters, hay storage, livestock shade, and projects where appearance is not the priority.

As-Is units

Most of our as-is used containers are wind and water tight (WWT), meaning they are intended to keep out normal rain, wind, dust, and weather when the cargo doors are properly closed. These are budget-friendly used containers sold exactly as they sit, so dents, rust, patches, worn paint, previous shipping markings, and cosmetic wear should be expected. They are a great low-cost option for basic storage, ranch use, jobsite storage, chicken coops, goat shelters, pig shelters, hay storage, and livestock shade. They also work well for projects where you plan to cut large openings, modify the sidewalls, or use the container as a durable animal shelter where function matters more than appearance.

Cargo-worthy containers

Cargo-worthy containers are structurally sound used containers that meet a higher condition standard than basic as-is storage units. They are generally suitable for cargo transport and are eligible for ocean freight use with a current CSC inspection or certification. Cosmetic dents, rust, and prior-service markings may still be present.

New one-trip units

New one-trip containers are the cleanest and newest container option we offer. These units have made one cargo trip before being sold, which means they have a clean straight exterior, very minimal dents or scrapes, super smooth door operation, new seals, clean flooring, and very little wear compared to standard used Wind Water Tight (WWT) or Cargo Worthy (CW) containers. Minor scuffs, handling marks, forklift marks, or small dents may still be present from shipping and transport.

Rent-to-Own Options

20% down. 24- or 36-month terms.

Rent-to-own is available for eligible purchase items. Delivery, tax, and any approved add-ons are additional.

Program terms

20% down payment required on eligible purchase items. Delivery is $250 plus $5.00 per mile from I-10 Exit 340 in Willcox and is charged up front, not financed.

90-day same-as-cash

Pay the remaining cash balance in full within 90 days with no rent-to-own finance charge. Initial down payment, delivery, tax, and approved add-ons still apply.

Key requirements

Automatic ACH payments are required. Conex Creation retains ownership until paid in full. Two missed payments constitute default and may result in repossession.

Tight access & crane placement

For backyards, tight neighborhoods, over-wall placement, or placement over buildings, crane delivery may be available. Crane delivery must be scheduled in advance and is an additional cost.

Delivery site checklist

20' Container: minimum 80' L x 14' W x 16' H clear space.
45' Container: minimum 140' L x 16' W x 18' H clear space.
Straight-line access for truck and trailer with no tight turns at drop location.
Adequate space for the truck to pull forward while unloading.
Delivery path accessible for a full-size truck and tilt trailer.
No tight gates, narrow driveways, or sharp turns.
Gate openings at least 14–16 feet wide where applicable.
Road or driveway can support a loaded truck weight of 30,000–40,000 lbs.
Ground is firm, level, stable, and not soft sand, mud, or loose fill.
No underground hazards such as septic systems, utilities, or irrigation lines.
No overhead obstructions such as power lines, branches, roof eaves, or carports.
Minimum overhead clearance: 18 ft for 20' containers and 20 ft for 45' containers.
Final placement area is cleared and ready before delivery.
Crane placement may be available for tighter spaces, backyards, tight neighborhoods, and over-building or over-wall placement. Crane delivery must be scheduled in advance and is an additional cost.
Driver has final discretion for safe placement.
